Tasty Burger interview questions

I applied online, and received an email from the hiring manager. We set up a time for meeting. We interviewed inside the restaurant, out in the dining room and not in the office, so it was quite noisy. Spoke directly to the hiring manager who contacted me and she asked questions about my previous work experience and scheduling availability. I was then redirected to speak to the kitchen manager and was asked the same exact questions. Afterwards, we set up a time for me to come in and get some hands on training to see if the job would be suitable. Training was unpaid and I was hired on the spot 3 hours after the training.
