I thought the interview process was pretty straightforward. Like most serving interviews the questions were pretty simple - a lot of it was just personality assessment and they asked basic wine questions

Interview
It was mainly focused on general wine knowledge, nothing too specific. Some questions about cocktails and food which included a brief work history. All questions should be fairly easy to answer for someone with a few years in the service/ restaurant industry.
