Interview
First I received an email from a recruiter. After that, I had a meeting with a group of candidates and a final interview with the recruiter. I got an answer after a month.

first, you have to send a screenshot of a speedtest, then you have an assessment (multiple questions regarding how you react in certain situations + touch typing), if you pass the assessment you can select a day for the interview

Interview
The process was easy, only online test (mostly about cryptocurrency and 1 typing test) and final interview.
It was really fast process too, it took 3 weeks from application to signed contract.
