I went through initial with a corporate recruiter then proceeded with final interview with the recruitment manager who were both from Manila. Speaking clearly and confidently really helps. Prior BPO experience has an advantage but not required as long as you have good command in English.

Interview
I had 2 interviews. One with HR supervisor and one with HR Manager. It was all done online and it was seamless. They were kind and their questions were reasonable for the position I applied for.
