They called me for interview for IT staff position but after almost 7 hours process they told me that i passed as their qualifications for CSR...i mean i applied for IT support not CSR
The Interview process was great beacase the interviewer was very approachable, make me feel comfortable to answer every question. They also help me to express what I want to say, that makes me even confident.
