It was a one day hiring process. First you have to enroll in the background check and 3rd party will do the background checking which will take like 1 week, then exam which is fairly fine, then initial interview would follow. After passing the first interview, then final interview will follow. In my case i was asked to come back at 8pm. Luckily, i had a very smooth interview session with one of the TL and got hired at the same day.
