I applied for this role through an agency and an interview was quickly arranged. On the day of my interview I got a bit lost and had to ask an employee for directions. He was very helpful and even phoned reception on my behalf. The reception area itself was clean and professional. My interviewers were polite and friendly and made me feel comfortable.
