Target Overnight Flow Team Lead interview questions

Was called, scheduled for a six A.M. in person interview a few days after completing online application. Arrived and met with department manager. Woman had obviously not looked over application as she expressed surprise over supervisory experience. Was asked 5 questions, then told to wait while she asked her boss what he wanted to do. Was eventually told they were not doing second interviews as she had more people to talk to, am I would receive a call later in the week. Six days later received an email stating no position was being offered.
