Target Executive In-Training interview questions

Applied via email from recruiter sent out through my pharmacy school program. Submitted my CV and interest via email and was contacted the next day for a phone interview. Phone interview asked why I wanted to work for Target, a bit about my leadership experience, and the dreaded "tell me a little bit about yourself." Was then scheduled for two more interviews, one with a team leader and one with the district manager. Most communication was via email and the offer for employment was made over the phone with a follow-up via email.
