The interview process for the Target Security Specialist position was quick and straightforward. Although the process typically requires completing a HireVue video interview, I was contacted by the hiring manager directly on the same day I submitted my application, skipping that step entirely. The next day, I came in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a team member. The questions were simple and mostly centered on basic scenarios and my previous experience. After the interview, both interviewers left the room briefly to discuss, and I was given a verbal offer on the spot. Onboarding began shortly after. Overall, it was a smooth and easy interview process, with clear communication and quick decision-making.
