Interview
There was a brief phone screen (about 5 min) and then a link sent to complete a remote asynchronous video interview. Each question required a video-recorded answer up to 3 minutes in length. Recording an answer to each question could be attempted up to 3 times, the 3rd of which was submitted automatically if all attempts were used. These recordings were submitted as an interview and reviewed by the hiring team before being sent an offer or rejection email.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker and how it was resolved.
Online application and in store interview to discuss retail/customer service experience. Having some previous restaurant experience was seen as a plus but definitely not necessary. Met with some of the other baristas to see if there was a good team vibe. Offer received same day.
