The interview was very easy and it was fully online. I recorded and submitted timed video responses to a few questions. I was allowed up to three attempts per question.

Tell us about a time that you had a difficult work experience and how you handled it.
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.
