I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Murrieta, CA) in May 2012
Interview
Went to a mass hiring event for a brand new store. Submitted my application online, and received a call to come in at the hiring event. At the event, I went through 2 interviews. From there, they contacted me later in the week and offered me a position.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
