There was one interview with two people. One was asking questions, and the other was writing everything down while occasionally asking supporting questions, as well.

it was about 30 mins, the guy was very nice. Asked me why I wanted the position, why I wanted to work for target. He told me on the spot I would be moving to the next round.

Met at a career fair and scheduled an interview on the spot. Interview was for the next week and it was with two current store managers in my area. It was a structured interview and they let me know of their decision within a week.
