Interview was formal, met first with a manager and then 2 other associates. Each were no more than 20 minutes. Interviewers were friendly but somewhat rushed, as if they rushed off the salesfloor to be there, but seemed like they did this often.

Name a time you went out of your way for customer service
This story can answer several questions:

The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

Interview
The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
