It was completely online with automated prompted questions. It was less stressful & made the process run smoother. I then met in person for a formal interview with some of the higher ups.

How would you deal with a guest who is need of an outfit for a wedding?

The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

Interview
The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
