I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Eureka, CA)
Interview
I called to see if they were hiring and they weren't at the time but the HR representative said to go ahead and apply online because they "take applications all the time". I applied online at home and called two days later to make sure they got my application; they did and I asked if I could come by to bring my resume. The same hr representative gratefully said they would and I came by the next day. I let the guest services desk know I was going to meet the hr rep and they walkie talkie-d them out of their office. I handed them my resume and said a little about myself. After that meeting it took almost 6 weeks before they called me back.

Multiple people being interviwed in one day. It was a 2 Part Interview process, all done in one day. Questions were fair and had to do with character and different situations.

Submitted an application on Indeed and did a video essay-style interview. You don't talk to a real person until your first day on the job, I think overall it took thirty minutes to complete.
Very simple and easy. Met with HR. No longer than 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Asked regular questions; availability, comfortably with doing varies jobs within the company and where do you see yourself in 5 years or longevity with the company in the future.
