Called for me to come in for a interview one morning. Arrived their was one other person applying as well. I was interviewed by two different managers. They were both very friendly and fun. Even started just talking and somewhat got off track of interview questions. Really interested in getting to know me my plans. I watched a video about guest service on sales floor. Then was offered a job on the spot. Did a drug test later that day.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
