I applied online. I interviewed at Target in Dec 2021
Interview
Required video recording of answering interview questions. Incredibly inaccurate representation of myself since I had to talk awkwardly to my phone. It was an uncomfortable and cheap interview. I messed up in one of my video responses but could not correct it because my re-tries were up. And so it was sent in and watched by the hiring manager and I felt embarrassed.

Question 1
They asked about a time when I anticipated someone's needs.
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff

Question 1
What would you do if a guest asks help and your working on a timed task what do you do?
It’s an online interview with a set of easy questions and it’s straight forward and easy to answer and doesn’t take too long maybe like 20 minutes and you hear back fast
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.
