I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Virginia Beach, VA) in May 2019
Interview
I was interviewed by who was going to be my direct supervisor and immediately after I was interviewed by a higher-up and was offered the job on the spot. The interview consisted of behavioral-based questions and the total process lasted around an hour to an hour and a half long.

Question 1
Describe an instance where you had an interaction with an upset guest, what did you do to handle to situation.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
