General process with in person interview and phone calls. Target was mostly timely and interview questions were straightforward. Had to take one of those scenario tests that you do for most retail positions.
Positive experience, seasonal employee only though. Would have liked to have something a little more locked in. Interview was. Digital recording only, which was odd. I had a minute to read the question and then record my answer and then submit and move on for I think 5 or 6 questions.

Interview process was pretty simple, filled out an application, got a phone call later, came in and answered a few questions. Was offered a position on the spot. Interviewer asked was nice and easy going.

The interview consisted of completing a video interview through HireVue, where I recorded myself answering various questions about my past experiences and how what I'd learned from them. It seemed like it was basically a competency test.
