Quick and simple interviewing process. They ask all the basic interview questions. Relaxed environment during interview as I interviewed at the in-store starbucks and was over within half an hour of arrival.

Question 1
Q: If a customer could not locate a product, what would you do?
Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.
Filled out on line application and was called same day for phone screen and conditional offer. Signed and accepted offer through on line portal and set up for a training schedule within a day of signed offer.
Very simple interview process back when I interviewed. Applied, got a call shortly after to set up a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview/orientation after the initial interview.
