I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (DeKalb, IL) in Jun 2010
Interview
Behavioral questions, nothing hard. Just be prepared to answer "Tell me about a time when"...... Conducted by HR and a Group Leader who most are very friendly. Make sure to smile and be up beat, it's Target's culture.

The interview process consisted of me and one other person in a small dark room. They asked me basic generic questions regarding personality. At the end of it, I was not offered the job likely as it was my first ever real interview.
The onboarding process was fantastic—simple, easy to follow, and incredibly informative. I felt well-prepared and supported, with the tour and guidance providing everything I needed to feel ready and confident in my new role. The experience more than met my expectations and gave me a solid foundation for the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Waltham, MA) in Sept 2024
