I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
It was fairly simple and straightforward. However, didn't get the job because I was seasonal. I would rather they not waste my time nor I waste theirs. I think it went well though. If you aren't seasonal, seem responsible, and have prior work experience with good references, there is no reason why you shouldn't get this job.

Question 1
What is your most unorthodox way of solving a problem?
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
I applied online for a seasonal Retail Sales Associate role at Target, completed one in-person interview focused on customer service and availability, and then waited for a hiring decision. I would research the company's values and how you can align with that.
