Interview
It was long. I drove all the way out there in the snow. I took their ethics questionnaire and I think that's what I failed. I was honest and said I would not turn family member an if caught stealing.

What would you do if you caught your family member stealing

The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

Interview
The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
