I had to wait like 30 minutes. They asked me like 20 hypothetical questions about the workplace. Then they asked about availability and started filling out paperwork. If you get the job, they will email you a job offer and you have to accept it. As well as complete a survey.

A customer is looking for an outfit to wear to a wedding. Where would you start in assisting her?
The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

Interview
The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
i applied for a job online for my local target score and received notice about an interview a few days later. it was a positive experience with everyone i interacted with along the way. nothing bad to report in, they asked standard questions such as tell me about yourself and how do you handle conflict.
