I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Shawnee, KS) in Jun 2013
Interview
Applied via Target's website initially; 1st interview was with a floor manager; lasted about 25 minutes; typical questions; watched a video on team member expectations; 2nd interview w/ another manager; was offered position but starting pay of $8 an hour and benefits not starting for 6 months was a complete turn-off. Plus, Target could not offer full time-which is what I need.
