Interview
The interview seemed pretty standard as far as jobs for retail go. The manager for my team did the interview so the last questions were about my specific job. Seemed more impressed by my courtesy than my experience.

Question 1
I hate the one where they ask you when you were in charge of something and how you handled it. I personally have very very little experience being in charge so I hate that question.
Pretty easy. It was for a season position for the fall months (October, November, December) so they needed people. Ended up becoming a part time position and I worked there for about six years.

Easy did first step now doing 2nd interview tomorrow the interviewer was straight forward with her questions and got to the point with the job description i hope i do get the job after the 2nd one on one with management the whole team was very nice and chill everyone working there seemed to enjoy working at target

Scenario questions they really ask about your past experiences if you have or not then they would give u more scenarios you would have to describe.

Interview
Sat down and had a quick conversation with the person interviewing me. We went through the usual question/answer process, got a quick overview of the position that I was applying for, then shook my hand and showed me to the door.
