I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2013
Interview
3 steps - 1st is the phone screen. This is fairly easy, they are just looking to see how well you speak and that your answers are somewhat on par. Ask for feedback as it's the only time you will receive it. Questions are leadership based behavioral questions. Also be ready for strengths/opportunities and why Target. This is with a recruiter, usually a former ETL.
2nd is two interviews back to back. These are difficult and will consist of 10 total questions. Again, leadership based behavioral questions. Two of the question packets are very similar for the ETL role...the third has fairly different questions on leadership and can throw you off. These are with STL-DTL.
3rd is a phone or in-person interview with Group VP. Depends on their schedule and demands but is very similar to the others, just with a higher up.

Question 1
What do you think would make you a good fit for this role?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Target (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
