Interview
Two interviews back to back. First with a Team Leader, then with an Executive Team Lead. Very friendly and sweet. I was really nervous but they calmed my nerves when my mind when blank a couple times.

Give an example a time you and your team members had to work together to meet a goal.
You have multiple jobs to complete such as stocking shelves, however you see a customer confused. How do you approach the situation to get the job complete but also not neglect your customer.
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.
Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
