Interview with at least two people, fairly long interviews, lots of target based questions, but both people were very positive and actually somehow get you wanting to work at target oddly enough.

If a guest says that an item is cheaper than it rings up , what do you do?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

Tell us about a time when you had to interact with customers
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
