I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2010
Interview
1 Behavioral interview. It was a one-on-one interview with a recruiter on campus at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. There were three questions all asking for a different situation. It took about two weeks for them to contact me with the offer. I took a drug test immediately and they performed a background check.

Question 1
Tell me about a time in which you had to negotiate a win-win solution in a group of individuals with opposing viewpoints.
It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.
