They asked me to describe a time when I worked as part of a team and how I handled a busy or stressful situation.
A phone call interview followed by 2 in person interviews. The interview persons are your direct manager and the store director. Then, if you passed the interview, they will contact you with an offer, and you decided if take it if leave it.
