It was fairly easy, just wanted to get to know you and why you are interested in the position. The person hiring was a college student so there was not a lot of expectations.
Easy, just a quick 15 min talk. Very casual, mostly looking for availability and a good work ethic. Boss is very nice and willing to hire people regardless of previous job experience. Lots of learning on the job
