There was inconsistent communication regarding compensation expectations. Despite prior confirmation that the budget aligned with my expectations, I was later informed otherwise. A compensation discussion call was scheduled but not honored on time, leading to unnecessary waiting. Even after agreeing to reschedule, there was no proper follow-up from the HR team. Overall, while the technical interviews were good, the HR coordination and communication significantly impacted the overall experience.
