Multiple rounds of interviews with their internal recruiter, TAMs, line manager, senior manager etc. This is the only company I am aware of that makes candidates go through 7-8 stages of interviews for non-senior positions, and repeats the same questions at different interview stages, either because they don't communicate internally or they want to catch people out. Their internal recruiter's attitude is hostile and the multiple rounds of interviews makes you think that you are interviewing for a big player like Microsoft or Amazon which this company incorrectly seems to think it is in league with. Avoid at all costs.
