The Hiring Manager was definitely genuine and understood what he was looking for, what the problems were, what his weaknesses were and the company's total lack of a pricing strategy. All these factors played heavily into my initial interest in the first place. The hiring manager was extremely smart and seemed very authentic. Here is where all the good things to say about this company ended, the other five interviews showed the company was in complete disarray with folks that both lacked skills and the ability to communicate with each other. They were all asked the same questions to which every single person gave different and completely conflicting answers. It was like they had never once had an internal discussion with each other. I suspect this company is just used to everyone talking past everyone because they all believe they are the smartest person in the room. Several of the people I spoke too gave off a huge arrogance despite not being able to show case any intelligence to backup their ego. In the end, the icing on the cake was how rude the company was in not being able to communicate their end to the interview process. They intended to ghost and let a third party survey company inform me that I was no longer candidate. Extremely unprofessional. While the Hiring manager seems great, whoever they do ultimately hire into this role is being setup for complete failure.
