Culture starts with the Hiring Process and even before... And for a company that is that proud of its culture, I can´t understand how they have set up the process.
It started with a very positive pitch by HR selling the company to me. I did express that changing employers is not prio but I´m at least open to hear what they have to say.
The Follow-Up interview with the hiring manager was... It was ok, but I did not sensed any kind of enthusiasm or real interest in me as a person. It was more like those legacy interviews... Basically I could have read out loud my CV ;-)
Especially when I challenged some points of companies "Marketing messages" and "blablabla", because I wanted to learn more and understand better, the interviewer went defensive.
After the inerview I was like "I´m pretty sure that this is not a good fit for both parties and I will decline next step anyway, but curious to see how prof. they handle the process"
And then nothing happened ... No rejection, no feedback, just nothing ...
Oh... And having a technology with a unique feature here and there in saturated market while just hiring more people is not a sustainable Growth strategy.Don´t recall any difficult question... It was standard standard like tell me what you have done
