The interview process consisted of an initial screening followed by a panel interview with members of the IT team and management. Questions focused on troubleshooting, customer service, prioritization, communication skills, and handling technical issues in a healthcare environment. The interviewers were professional and gave me the opportunity to discuss my previous help desk experience and problem-solving approach. The overall process was organized, straightforward, and conversational.

Did a brief interview with the nurse managers then shadowed for an hour on the emergency room department floor. I met some of the other nurses and emergency room staff, got to see were things were. Etc
The interview was mostly Confirming my experience that was listed on my resume and behavioral questions as well as why I chose to work in healthcare. Very quick process only one interview.
