**Let me preface by saying this was a year ago. **
I applied for a "People Ops Coordinator" title and then the recruiting coordinator followed up with me by asking to schedule an interview for "Virtual Office Manager," with no context of why the title was different. I obliged because wow it was 2020 and I was desperate for a job. I did point out the difference in titles and they confirmed it was the same role but had more office responsibilities and EA work ... okay so not the same role at all. Again it was a difficult year so I took the interview. All I can say is WOW - for a therapy app, the experience was not chill at all. Interviewer was not organic, they read questions directly from the screen and would drill me hard about my experience as if I was lying about throwing a pizza party for an office. It wasn't a difficult interview it was just annoying and unnecessarily condescending. They asked me to do the 2nd step which was an assignment. I ghosted them.
