I have never seen such unprofessional HR as them, no one thought them how to effectively communicate. They communicate by whatsapp this is clearly a red flag. They make you fill up some documents which contains same information as my resume. Why do you even ask for resume in that case. Technical interview was subpar, they were emphasising on performance testing. In my resume I have clearly mentioned that I only know the basics and dont have much experience. Why waste my time if you required candidate with specific skill.

There were 2 rounds. First was technical with questions based on manual and automation testing. It went for around 45 min. Second was managerial round with some logic questions as well as managerial questions. This was for almost 1hr. Interview process was very smooth and faster. HR was very prompt in giving response post interview.
