Easy going, everyone had good attitudes, conversation was easy, laid back. 3 rounds of interviews and got an offer back fairly quickly. For the most part felt like a stress free conversation
Interview with a recruiter. Get passed along to hiring manager. If it's a fit you get hired. They are open to people who haven't done recruiting before. Just be professional.
