TalentBridge Customer Service Representative interview questions

I never actually got to interview for the position as I was contacted by a recruiter first via phone who left a voicemail, she then sent me an email to which I responded with times I would be able to speak about the position. We agreed for the next day however after not receiving a call from the recruiter I reached out to the office and was told she was on the phone and I could leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail as well as eventually sent a follow up email and never heard back. I found this to be extremely unprofessional as she reached out to me to schedule the time, and then there was no response. I've always been hesitate when applying for jobs through staffing agencies because of the disorganization, and this experience was a reminder of why I avoid them.
