Mostly efficient. It was a little slow to get started, but once the interview was scheduled, it moved. I was responded to in a short amount of time as well.

30 minutes with normal questions about required skills and why you want to leave current. I didn’t get it bc I applied late and they went w an earlier candidate. But shared compensation and it seemed generous!
