The interview was on microsoft teams. The length was around 30 minutes. Asked about the technical and academic background. Asked specifically about expertise in a particular class of techniques used by the team and how to solve current implementation problems.

Very disturbing experience. Invited for a 3-opening position interview, interviewed by 6 scientists and asked a ton of questions for an internship candidate. Turned out to cancel the position after 1 month.

I talked to the hiring manager once for 30 minutes. He asked me to describe my previous research that related to the project he described. He asked me to show him some slides if I had them ready, but didn't mention I should have this ready in any emails leading up to the interview.
