I had an initial screening interview and two regular interviews after that with my direct boss and the hiring manager. It was a fairly straightforward process and everyone was very kind, actively listened to my responses, and were open to all of my questions.

Gave description of the position, and asked about things I put in my cover letter. Made sure I was comfortable with different aspects of the job, and that I was available for 16 weeks.

Pretty easy. Just know certain technicalities as to the specialty you are applying for within their interview program. Not many technical questions. Hiring process was simple but took quite a bit of time. I didbmy interview in January but only heard back in March.
