Very unstructured. Got the feeling during the interview that the position wasn’t approved and the hiring manager just went on his own. Lots of focus on how to handle internal problems. Lots of emphasis on flow of people in and out of the company

HR interview that was a 30 min phonecall. She explained the job and asked me to run through my resume, then asked a question from the hiring manager. She passed on my info to him and I got an automated rejection email.
