I had a total of 6 interviews for this position that lasted about 2 months. I was really excited for the position and after so many interviews and waiting a full week in between each interview, I thought that I had a good shot at getting the position. After radio silence for 2 weeks and no responses to my follow-up emails, I received a generic, automated message informing me that I was not chosen for the position. After all of the hour long interviews I had for the position, I really wish that I could have gotten some feedback or at least have been told their decision at an earlier date. The process was LONG, and I felt like I got a bit cheated....Takeda seems like a great company and all the people I I interviewed with were very professional. My overall experience, however, was unfortunately negative.
