I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals
Interview
Three rounds on interviews. Long and exhusting process, taking several months. Moody interviewers. Due to Shire and Takeda merger could sence the tension in the air, usualy two people at same function (and suppose one assuming that it would be fired soon). Praised me and after final interview said they would send me an offer in a week. NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTERWARDS. Let me say I am pharma manager with 20+ years of expirience and that their recruiter contacted me for the job opening and then led me on for months. I recommend to not waist time with this company in turmoil and go for established pharma companies instead.

Question 1
They asked how long I was in the vertical and the one process improvement I would bring to the organization.
Straightforward process, very lean. First rounds were conducted online. Final interview was in person and contained a self-presentation and Q&A session with multiple people from the leadership team. Talent acquisition was very quick and helpful with the entire process.
Internal interview (applied for a new role within the company). The interview process was quick and somewhat informal as I was already an employee at the company. The offer was made quickly and the overall process was efficient.
