The on-campus interview consisted of a 30-minute behavioral interview with 3 members of the IT team followed by a 30-minute behavioral/technical interview with 2 different members of the IT team. The final round was based in their office and lasted from 9am - 2pm. All candidates were placed in a room for an overview of the company and IT structure within Takeda then the rest of the day consisted of 30-minute behavioral/situational interviews with IT executives. Nothing too technical. There are breaks in between as you alternate between candidates and food was provided.
